All services are subject to availability, minimum order quantities, and our acceptance of your order.

3. Account Registration

4. Orders and Pricing

Order Process

• All orders are subject to our acceptance and confirmation
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason
• Prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change without notice
• Quotes provided through our website are estimates and may vary based on final specifications

Minimum Orders

• Custom Hats: 2-piece minimum
• Custom Patches: 12-piece minimum
• Custom Apparel: 2-piece minimum

Payment

• Payment is required before production begins
• We accept payment through Stripe (credit/debit cards)
• All sales are final unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for the total order amount

5. Design Files and Intellectual Property

Your Designs

By uploading design files or artwork to our website, you represent and warrant that:

• You own the rights to the design or have permission to use it
• The design does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights
• The design does not contain illegal, offensive, or prohibited content
• You grant us a license to reproduce the design solely for fulfilling your order

Prohibited Content

You may not submit designs that contain:

• Copyrighted material without authorization (e.g., sports logos, brand trademarks)
• Hate speech, discriminatory, or offensive content
• Illegal or obscene material
• Content that violates any applicable laws or regulations

Our Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Topline Threads and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use our intellectual property without our written consent.

6. Production and Delivery

Production Time

• Standard turnaround time is 7-10 business days after order confirmation
• Rush orders may be available for an additional fee
• Production times are estimates and not guaranteed
• Delays may occur due to design complexity, inventory issues, or unforeseen circumstances

Shipping

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order value and destination
• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers
• Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier
• You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information

Proofs and Approval

• We may provide digital proofs for your approval before production
• Production will not begin until you approve the proof
• Once approved, you cannot make changes to the design
• You are responsible for reviewing proofs carefully for accuracy

7. Quality and Variations

We strive for the highest quality in all our products. However, you acknowledge that:

• Embroidery is a manual process and slight variations may occur
• Colors may vary slightly from digital proofs due to thread and fabric differences
• Small imperfections inherent to embroidery are not considered defects
• Exact color matching cannot be guaranteed

8. Liability and Disclaimers

Warranty Disclaimer

OUR SERVICES AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TOPLINE THREADS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC ORDER GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

• Fraudulent claims may result in account termination and legal action
